1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kabbadi Bazaar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Buying Parts

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when the seller accepts your order. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. You are responsible for verifying part compatibility with your vehicle before ordering.

5. Selling Parts

Sellers must be verified and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for accurate listings, timely fulfillment, and customer communication. We charge a commission on each sale as per our fee schedule.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through our payment partners. We support COD, UPI, and card payments. Orders may be cancelled if payment fails. Refunds are processed per our refund policy.

7. Delivery and Returns

Returns are subject to the seller's return policy and our marketplace protection. Damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for return within the protection window.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not: violate any laws; infringe intellectual property; transmit malware; interfere with platform operations; create fake accounts or reviews; scrape data; or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Kabbadi Bazaar (excluding user-generated content) is our property. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute content you submit. You retain ownership of your content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your obligations survive, including payment for completed orders.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in India, or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
